[PWGJE] Fix emcalCorrectionTask reserve calls#16580

With AliceO2Group/AliceO2#15450 merged the reserve call for tables now expects the total size. This commit ensures that this is the case. Also add optional histograms to see the number of clusters and cells of cluster per DF.
