Create functions for building nwb and running QC

Need to create a couple of functions for building the nwb (acquisition and trials table) and then running the QC.

The foundation is pretty much there so these should be relatively small and very lightweight.

In addition, need to output a processing.json aind-data-schema file that has the version of the dynamic foraging processing library that was run

see #19 for desired features when writing to nwb. For example, the trials table should have the index called as id. This should be present when reading back from the nwb.
