[Bug] Number of columns no longer adjusts between phone and tablet mode on foldable phone.

Describe the bug

I have a Pixel 10 Pro Fold and previously pipepipe would default to two columns of videos in phone mode, and 4 columns of videos in tablet mode. Since updating to 5.2.0 settings are global and pipepipe will retain the number of columns selected in the settings whether in phone or tablet mode, causing UI scaling to be poor in one or the other.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open app to any page which displays columns (What's New, History, Playlist, etc)

Note that adjusting the number of columns in the settings changes the setting for both tablet and phone mode.
