Cryo Fuels Boil-Off Despite Adequate Cooling - H₂, CH₄, (+O₂) (any tank) (with/without boil-off extra) #179

Description

@MicrosoftWorks

Hi, just a huge thank you for yours' and all's efforts in maintaining this amazing add-on. You're an hero, RIP in pieece any former contributor.

Anyway, in seriousness, there seems to be an issue with cryofuels in which they boil off despite meeting cooling demands. Its as if, when a fuel's temp hits its critical limit and exemplified with H₂ at '300K/300K', there's a float stuck at '300.00000000000001K/300K' if that makes any sense; therefore, boiling off.

I've made sure to isolate systems onto separate loops, making sure there was adequate cooling and then some... and then some more... I've also uninstalled other mods associated with cooling, as well as other sub-mods of SystemHeat which targets other mods.

In some instances, where the temperature exceeds the limit and then meets its requirements, the boil-off can be fixed. Simply the "trick" of switching a radiator from the assigned loop onto an empty one and back again fixes the issue. Whereon doing such the temp of that loop decreases rapidly to facilitate the prior loop back to the limit and 'fixes' the issue. Here, the system stays at '300K/300K' and does not boil-off.

In other instances doing such does not fix the issue, whereupon such the temp rises back to its critical point, '300K/300K', and boils off.

I have zero clue what causes this, what to do to stop it, but I have saves, lists of things, ships, and whatever anyone needs to get this figured out. :)

Thanks!
