With the current beta (Frontend 0.5.10, Firmware 0.11.4, API version v0.9), I set stacking and have it go off and do the scan. Then I have to come back to click the focus stacking button, and then wait some time as it stacks the images. Having a toggle (perhaps on the scan screen) to "automatically stack images when finished scanning" would eliminate this extra step. I could set it up, go work on something else, then come back and have a ready to go pile of images.
Addendum: Turning the light off and killing the drive to the stepper motors after the scan is done wouldn't be bad features either.
Thanks in advance.
