[Bug]: Imported Playlists slow load, reversed order, duplicates, deleted videos

What happened?

• The Playlist tab takes anywhere from 4 to 10 seconds to show up, and opening an imported playlist is just as slow. Saved public playlists load instantly, it's only imported ones that lag. System playlist such as Watch Later does load videos in the playlist much faster.
• When you import a playlist, the video order comes in reversed with sorting (Date Added). Newest ends up at the bottom, oldest at the top. And if you add a new video after importing, it shows up next to the oldest one. Also noticed there's no sort option at all on Favorites and Watch Later.
• Importing a playlist create a playlist with Watch Later. So you end up with two duplicates Watch Later playlist.
• Deleted YouTube videos get pulled in during import and there's no way to remove them, especially painful for Favorites and Watch Later since the video menu doesn't have a remove option for those at all

Steps to reproduce

• Open the Playlist tab → slow, takes 4–10 seconds
• Open any imported playlist → same delay loading the videos
• Import a YouTube playlist → order is flipped from the original
• Adding a new video to that playlist → The new video lands next to the oldest video when using the "sort by date added" option.
• Importing a "Watch Later" playlist → Creates a new "Watch Later" playlist, which causes duplicates.
• Importing a playlist with deleted videos → The deleted videos are included, and there is no way to remove them.
