Kaapi: Enable Reasoning mode for GPT-5

The GPT-5 series models offer a Reasoning mode option, which is currently not accessible via Kaapi. This limits the functionality and testing capabilities for users.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make the Reasoning mode option available in Kaapi for the GPT-5 series models. Steps:

• Implement in staging for testing
• Conduct further testing before deploying to production

Hi,

Gpt 5 series models have option to configure Reasoning mode. But same is not visible via Kaapi.
Lets get it available in staging for now, I can do bit more testing and then we deploy to prod.
