This is a simple idea or request. I use QuickLook as the default handler for certain files like PDFs and images. It is very handy because it is fast and opens all those files easily.
I go to Microsoft Windows Explorer, select Properties, and choose "Always Open With," for those files, but I still have to manually check the "hold" icon in the QuickLook preview window to prevent it from closing when I select another file. Could you modify the code so that QuickLook behaves differently when double-clicking a file (when set as the default handler) and pressing the Space Bar for preview?
1 - So it "Prevent from closing" the Quicklook windows when using mouse double click on a file.
2 - And disable the "Prevent from closing" when using space bar shortcut.
As an option, in settings.
This change would make QuickLook even more powerful and useful.
