Runestone Issue: Cannot flag question and no edit in editorial page

There is a question called "csawesome2__compound-ops test" that shows up in the assignment builder as teacher-authored, but it has errors. When we try to flag it, it gives an empty error pop-up.
Also, in the editorial page, https://runestone.academy/admin/editor/manage_exercises, I no longer see an Edit button, just Delete or Clear.

Yes, right now those are the two options. Its not clear to me what the right path would be for editing or if that is an important and desirable feature.

Is there any more information in the javascript console? I'm wondering if it is the space in the question name that is causing trouble?

I'm not sure either.
Yes, it's the space. The console was looking for an id without the space and not finding it. Not sure how it got created with a space.

Would it be possible to add a comment box for the flag? Sometimes I have no idea why they flagged it. Maybe they want me to delete it, but I don't know, so I often clear it to be on the safe side. I have edited a lot of questions in the past, but it is time-intensive.

This question is used in a number of assignments. Should I really just delete it?

Yes, the code doesn't run because the unit test has "====" in it. I think it is in assignments because it appears at the top of the list in the assignment builder and people think it's a book exercise.

It would be good to display the book exercises first instead of by time created in those lists.
