Describe the bug
Cannot add more answer options for multiple choice questions. By default it provides 2 options and the first time I did this I was able to click a button and add a third, but then the button disappeared. And now the button never shows up so I can only have 2 answer options. I see there is json but I don't know the code to enter for the options. I also tried savign it to see if I could go back and edit and there is still not a button to add another option.

Ok, thanks, will pay attention to using runestone.academy.

The + Add option button has re-appeared, I recorded as I continued on, and I think the issue may be that the window isn't scrollable, so I lose access to the button.

OK, I can reproduce that if I make my window small. Too used to working with a big monitor!
