@Lambrie @xiuzhu9527 Thanks for the detailed reports! 🙏 We have confirmed root cause.

Root cause: upstream breaking change in openai 2.45.0 — it added a required
field cache_write_tokens to InputTokensDetails that openai-agents 0.17.3
doesn't set yet, so any openai >= 2.45 crashes on usage parsing (model-agnostic).

Workaround now:
pip install "openai==2.44.0"
Pinned patch release coming shortly.

Downgrading to openai==2.44.0 resolved the issue on our side.
