Ensure the course-review site can be rebuilt consistently before deployment.

Acceptance criteria

• Document the supported local build command and dependencies.
• Run a clean Jupyter Book build in CI before deployment.
• Check internal links and missing referenced assets.
• Document how the published site maps to repository sources.
