Feature Request: Add example for OracleDB-XE

Would be nice to have an example for oracledb-xe.
Possibly with https://hub.docker.com/r/quillbuilduser/oracle-18-xe as the docker ?

We accept pull requests to the repo if you have an example you would like to contribute. I am not familiar with oracle so I would have to spend a great deal of time ramping up.
