Update sculptor image to not run the next server

We want to have sculptor as a static build that doesn't use the next server at runtime. Maybe switch to building with next and serving with nginx

This will not work, because we don't have the option to static export sculptor since we have dynamic rendering. But we can build in standalone mode and use the bun runtime instead of NodeV8 @Taucher2003
