GA reports the second-highest traffic on our home pages is "/?from=http://www.traffic2cash.xyz/"

Does anyone know where this comes from? Is it some kind of injected redirect?

So it is "ghost spam" or "referral spam" and it's inflating our traffic numbers. We can kill it with .htaccess but I don't think we have .htaccess on Github hosting https://www.reddit.com/r/SEO/comments/3zg0qq/a_little_help_with_google_analytics_what_is_this/
