Copilot CLI - Response from the copilot gets clipped and lost.

Describe the bug

When the response from copilot is large enough, the top content is clipped and the answer beings from somewhere middle.
Also the question / prompt is also not visible .

Affected version

1.0.55-4

Steps to reproduce the behavior

$ copilot

• THen Give a prompt that would generate a sizable (50+ lines) response.
• Observe that the top part is clipped and the bottom part of the reply from cli is intact.
