`/btw` doesn't seem to know it's a one-off non interactive thing

Describe the bug

/btw prompt sometimes respond with next steps and "Do you want me to proceed?" confirmation, which cannot be done (as the only option for /btw is to dismiss it). /btw by design should not respond with such options.
