Bug: unable to query public `maven` packages

Running Grafana Cloud (instant) and GH DS v2.1.0

Tried to query https://github.com/apache/incubator-baremaps/packages/149093

Using:

• owner: apache
• repo: incubator-baremaps
• query: (empty)

And getting 0 results

PAT has access to read packages

Not sure if something else is wrong or legitimate bug
