Suggestion
The color legend (Obstacle / Anti-Pattern / Pattern) currently appears after the last pattern. I'd love to see it visible from slide 1 and kept visible throughout the entire talk.
The legend is a beautiful use of color — it earns its place earlier. Showing it before the first pattern means viewers understand the visual vocabulary the moment they see the map. It also reinforces the system throughout: every time you show the map, the legend is already there as a compass.
This is a tiny tweak relative to the enormous value of the talk.
