Broadcom BCM4331 driver fails to build with Linux kernel 7.0.0-28 on Linux Mint 22.3

After updating to kernel 7.0.0-28, the broadcom-sta-dkms package failed to build. The system lost Wi-Fi functionality because the Broadcom BCM4331 driver could not compile.

Reverting to kernel 6.14.0-37 restored Wi-Fi, and reinstalling broadcom-sta-dkms fixed the issue.
