[BUG] Release 2026-07-14 requires Tokenizer extension

Current Behavior

After updating to the recent dokuwiki release 2026-07-14 the extension manager page fails with the error

Error: Call to undefined function dokuwiki\plugin\extension\token_get_all()

An unforeseen error has occured. This is most likely a bug somewhere. It might be a problem in the extension plugin.

More info has been written to the DokuWiki error log.

Expected Behavior

Being able to access the extension manager

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install the dokuwiki docker container
2. Login as admin
3. Click on Admin
4. Click on Extension Manager

- OS: Ubuntu 24.04
- How docker service was installed: distro package manager
