Wanted change
Add wireguard-go package in Dockerfile.
Reason for change
This will allow the image to run in a secure environment that doesn't support mutable system modules or run microVMs.
Proposed code change
The wireguard-tools already fallback to the wireguard-go if the kernel doesn't support WireGuard, so no code changes are required.
