make use of the three unused GPI(O) of keyboard-chip TCA8418

i don't have my Cadputer-Adv yet, but is there a way to make use of the three unused GPI(O) of the TCA8418 (ROW7, COL8, COL9) - are they accessable on the PCB of the Cardputer-ADV?
from the datasheet of the TCA8418 is sould be possible to use pin 1,17,18 as GPI(O). i would like to extend the 2x7 pin header of the Cardputer-ADV by adding 4 additional pins, the three GPI(O) from the TCA8418 and the 3.3v out. would be the 3,3V output beefy enough to drive external modules
