Invalid Python interpreter is selected for Venv

i m using the latest version of vscode
i want to link my python interpreter to a venv i just created

but i failed by vscode showing up this to me

python ver: 3.10 (latest released)
i tried to join the pre-released of python extension in vscode but it doesnt works

I fixed it by uninstalling jupyter extension in vscode...
However this issue still need to be noticed

Output for Python in the Output panel (View→Output, change the drop-down the upper-right of the Output panel to Python)
