I should not see the favicon.ico error pop up yet, I am seeing it constantly.

I've opened the default page, django successfully after running the command,
python manage.py runserver.

Then, I stopped the server using ctrl+c.

And I see sometimes the following error and sometimes I don't :

Why would that be?

If you opened this in a browser, this is up to the browser to refresh the favicon. If you monitor network traffic from your browser, you should see the get request for the favicon.ico.
