`crc32c` dependency has no prebuilt wheel for Python 3.14 following release 2.178.0

In release 2.178.0 the crc32c dependency was changed from unpinned to 2.7.1 for any Python version >=3.7. This version of crc32c does not have a prebuilt wheel for Python 3.14, meaning that installing OCI on the latest Python requires building native dependencies from source.

Can we use a version of crc32c that has a prebuilt wheel for Python 3.14?
