Connection lost after idle period – must re-attach for every .sql file

After being idle for some time, the database connection is dropped silently. When returning to work, I need to manually re-attach the connection for each individual open .sql file.
Expected behavior: Connection should either stay alive or be automatically restored, and apply to all open files sharing the same connection profile.
Extension version: 26.1.2
OS: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
Connection type: TNS / Network Alias (Oracle Autonomous Database Wallet)
