The CLI adapter registry is out of sync with the package directories. Existing packages are not listed, so registry-backed CLI discovery cannot find them:

packages/bots/core is intentionally excluded by the registry comment. I am preparing a small sync PR and expanding the registry test so every category is checked against package directories.
