Iv been noticing on my complete testing pack that nether and end portals on sable sublevels just don't work, and have been able to narrow it down to just pehkui.
Without Pehkui

I don't really expect this to get fixed since pehkui's github page hasn't had any activity in 2 years, but at least this is documented now. I also have like, no idea what in pehkui is causing the issue cause i didnt see any logs or errors get made when throwing mobs into a sublevel nether portal.
