[Bug]: Using wsh to create a block in a terminal window, then deleting the terminal window, causes empty parentORef and the created block cannot be closed

Current Behavior

Creating a new block using wsh in a waveterm terminal block, then closing the terminal block, causes the created block to lose its parent and now the new block cannot be closed with x.

Expected Behavior

The block should still close if its parent is gone.

Steps To Reproduce

To reproduce:

• Open a terminal window in waveterm
• enter wsh web open google.com in the open terminal block
• Close terminal window, either gracefully or with x
• Try to close the web block
