Closes part of #188.
Removes the remaining
TransactionKernel::assembler_with_source_managerpath from the runnable oracle example and linksexternal_contract::oracle_readerthrough the clientCodeBuilderchain instead. This also drops the manual parser/source-manager helper and its now-unused imports, matching the pattern already used by the other Rust client examples.
