Addresses the Part 2 test-description mismatch tracked in #180.
The optional Part 2 test only verifies that the constraint-enabled bank component builds and starts from the expected storage state; it does not execute an invalid deposit and assert failure. This updates the tutorial summary and verification heading so they describe what the provided test actually validates.
Documentation only; no runtime behavior changes.
