Block-Redshell_v1.2

• v1.2 is now only two script files. Think in binary - 1 is On and 0 is Off
• Combined the Hosts and Firewall scripts into just 1 script to simplify things
• The Firewall entries are now one command and is only one firewall rule meaning less clutter in your firewall list

• Fixed a serious bug in the uninstall script that would remove every single hosts entry that started with 0.0.0.0 including manually added entries by the end user or any non related source
