Updated the
Package.swiftfile to explicitly add support for VisionOS and also updated the AsyncScheduler.swift file to correctly handle the Task.sleep method depending on the OS version with an IF conditional.As an extra, a
PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.mdandCONTRIBUTING.mdwere added to the repository for convenience.
