Add documentation for SLASH_RESOLUTION_DELAY_BLOCKS parameter introduced in eigenlayer-contracts v1.13.0. Updates include: - Add SLASH_RESOLUTION_DELAY_BLOCKS to safety delays reference table - Add ELIP-016 references alongside existing ELIP-006 references - Update slashing flow descriptions to mention 7-day delay - Add note for developers about delay before clearBurnOrRedistributableShares - Document emergency pause capability via Pauser Multisig Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
