Overview
Monorepo release 1002.0.0 that ships @metamask/assets-controllers 108.2.0 (package version and changelog section finalized from Unreleased) and bumps the root package.json version from 1001.0.0 to 1002.0.0.

Downstream packages @metamask/assets-controller, @metamask/bridge-controller, and @metamask/transaction-pay-controller now depend on @metamask/assets-controllers ^108.2.0 (was ^108.1.0), with matching Unreleased changelog notes and yarn.lock resolution updates. No application logic changes appear in this diff—only versioning, changelogs, and dependency alignment for the release.
