It’s mind-blowing when you look at the deep tech we build everything else upon. Fascinated by the internals, I embarked on a quest to reach the level of the original hackers (the real wizards). That led me to build a container orchestrator without touching Docker, wire up a distributed filesystem from scratch, and write a compiler for obscure languages you won't even find in training datasets. Was it tough? Absolutely (and it proved I still have a long way to go). But diving into the rabbit hole has been incredibly rewarding—definitely worth the struggle!
