LGTM:
Tested with sv_neo_bot_cmdr_debug_pause_uncommanded 1 to pause bot movement.
Tested bot trading weapons with sv_neo_bot_cmdr_enable 0.

Description
Improves the capitalisation on the contextual hint strings and the menu divider. Removes the old juggernaut hint as I had originally intended to have it be replaced by the contextual hint.
