… BlockExperiment public/master carried the NeuroTechX#325 numpy-pin/constructor fix. main's framework refactor already supersedes it, so BlockExperiment.py resolves to main's version (devices=None + expected_refresh_rate param, replacing NeuroTechX#325's buggy devices=list default). requirements.txt auto-merged (numpy pin identical on both sides).
