What is WEB8?

WEB8 extends the OASIS unification stack beyond Earth:

• Earth as a node — all of Earth's WEB4-unified identity, karma and data becomes a single coherent signal in the galactic network
• Galactic protocol translation — WEB8 abstracts over the communication and data protocols of any civilisation, just as WEB4 abstracts over Earth's 40+ providers
• Fractal holonic architecture — the same holonic pattern that structures OASIS data (avatars → communities → nations → Earth) extends to (Earth → solar systems → galaxies → universe)
• First contact protocol — a framework for establishing shared understanding with any intelligence capable of exchanging structured information
