Add delete_reminder to cogs/reminders.py

If something breaks lmk, i can't test it right now as i don't have any DB to try it with.

No tbh, I forgot to test this more. If you'd like to do that, feel free to use the source, and test it. I don't see any reason it shouldn't work, but tbh I forgot about 90% of the code anyways. I might look into it later today (like 8h).

Totally 8h later, i*ll try to look into this next week, when I find any time. I'm also working on other stuff for Patrick though (e.g. #59, and seeing how nothing is getting merged lately, it would take a while to get this merged anyways (probably)).
