This package is part of the SCEC CyberShake (https://strike.scec.org/scecpedia/CyberShake) seismic hazard analysis platform code base. It provides tools for creating and running CyberShake workflows on distributed systems. These tools are designed to be installed on a workflow submission host, not on a cluster.
