Publish a truthful mounting terminal for unseated configuration owners and let CLI configuration calls spend that bounded Retry instruction with the same request identity and deadline.
The registered-runtime first-touch path now renders fact_store_add success instead of the old "Fact Store" heading.
Ordinary reuse already names lineage on the generation receipt; copying every reused vector as a graph entity made incremental cases corpus-proportional. Persist Reuse as a lineage-only stage effect and hydrate serving rows from the live base generation.
Compile daemon scheduler wiring on every supported platform, simplify linted argument flows, and remove newly exposed dead retained-runtime helpers.
Compare canonical path spellings consistently so aliased ancestors do not fabricate registration conflicts or stall retention cleanup.

Summary
This draft PR is the consolidated delivery branch for TraceDecay V2 PR8 through PR13.
The branch also contains the supporting rusqlite runtime cutover, worktree-aware incremental indexing, storage retention/Doctor integration, and direct product tests required by the canonical V2 plans.
