This is the community wiki for the TreeBASE project. TreeBASE is a database for published phylogenetic trees and a web application for submitting and querying phylogenetic studies. The TreeBASE web application and database, i.e. http://treebase.org, is generously hosted by Naturalis Biodiversity Center. The project and its artifacts are licensed under a BSD license issued by the Phyloinformatics Research Foundation. The source code is hosted under a github organization and contains a repository for the application and one for downstream analysis. Further technical documentation is laid out in the documentation roadmap.
