A couple of updates to fix bugs arising from the changes made when making the database more backwards compatible to enable data migration. - Added helper script to run migration easier - Fixed program and section picker on account page - Fixed so applications endpoint only returns applications for the currently logged in user Bonus changes: - Fixed warnings on <Image> in about page - SSN is now read only in backend - SSN and email are no longer checked on every account update. This matters because SSN lookups against mecenat are slow - Added restriction so staff can't create roles with role types above their own access levels
