Manifest-only change that swaps module source and version for XPickup; no application code or security-sensitive logic.

Overview
VirtoCommerce.XPickup is moved from the GithubReleases module list (previously 3.1003.0) to the AzureBlob prerelease source as VirtoCommerce.XPickup_3.1004.0.zip, so QA builds install the new pickup module from blob storage instead of the public module feed.

The rest of the diff is minor JSON formatting in backend/packages.json.
