Bump the PPU unit test CI image from tzrec-devel:1.1-ppu to tzrec-test:1.2-ppu (torch 2.11.0 / fbgemm-gpu 1.6.0 / torchrec 1.6.0, aligned with release/v1.2 requirements). Image already pushed to the registry (digest sha256:efe0c9e5c4b7593daed7979746c325b11fa78c2d0b81a1ecca3d7ce6a49d5573).
