Description

In this PR Im adding the README_es.md which is a copy of README.md translated to Spanish.
I would like to translate the full documentation to spanish progressively

It would be nice to link to the docs.angular.lat guides once those are translated.

Thank you for the translation work; it's clear real care went into it. Closing because the PR is from several years ago, the README it translates has changed almost completely since, and the CLA check never completed, which blocks merging in any case. If you're still interested in a Spanish README against the current text, we'd be happy to discuss it in a fresh issue first so the work doesn't outdate again while in review.
