Why
As an Apache (incubating) project, the repository root is missing two
files required by the Apache Incubator:
DISCLAIMER: declares that the project is undergoing incubation at theApache Software Foundation (ASF) and has not yet been fully endorsed by the ASF.
NOTICE: preserves the required attributions, including the ASF copyrightand the original Casbin project copyright.
Without these files the repository does not satisfy the Apache compliance
requirements for root-level files, unlike already-compliant repositories
such as casbin, casbin-pycasbin, casbin-mongodb-adapter and
casbin-jcasbin-jdbc-adapter.
