What changes are included in this PR?
To support writing deletes, we will be making changes to the snapshot production layer. This change adds unit tests for the existing snapshot production covering added data files. As that evolves, we can evolve the tests with it and maintain good coverage.
Are these changes tested?
These are tests. :)
